SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA –The 3,934 sf, 6 unit apartment complex consisting of 4 separate buildings on a 19,602 sf lot located at 207 East Dougherty Street located in the North San Diego County area of Fallbrook has been sold for $660,000.
